At Brass Dragon Bistro, we are committed to bringing you high-quality, inspiring confections while maintaining high standards of ethical and environmental consciousness. We have designed our products and packaging with intent to ensure our materials are not contributing to global pollution, and our ingredients are sourced from people who are fairly compensated for their labor.

We are currently taking the following steps to ensure our impact on the world is as positive as possible:

Sustainability

• We package our candies using biodegradable cellophane, cardstock, and natural rubber latex adhesive. None of our packaging materials are petroleum-based.

Fair Trade

• We source our coffee via Klatch Coffee, a California-based direct-trade coffee roaster sourcing their beans directly from farmers in South America & Africa.
• We source our tea via Alaya Tea, an India-based company committed to reducing plastic waste and promoting regenerative agriculture.
• Our black pepper and cardamom are sourced from No Women No Spice, an India-based direct-trade spice trader committed to protecting biodiversity, supporting agricultural communities, and reducing waste with compostable packaging.
• Our cinnamon and cloves come from Pinch Spice Market, a US-based direct trade spice market.
