At Brass Dragon Bistro, we are committed to bringing you high-quality, inspiring confections while maintaining high standards of ethical and environmental consciousness. We have designed this company with intent to ensure our materials are not contributing to pollution, and our ingredients are sourced from people who are fairly compensated for their labor.

We are currently taking the following steps to ensure our impact on the world is as positive as possible:

• We package our candies using biodegradable cellophane and paper-based materials. None of our packaging materials are petroleum-based.
• We source our coffee via Klatch Coffee, a California-based direct-trade coffee roaster.
• We source our tea via Alaya Tea, an India-based company committed to reducing plastic waste and promoting regenerative agriculture.
